Do tears dry up when you grow old?

Dedicated for the memory of Randula Wanigasinghe 1989-2010

I don’t know you…
Wish I had
Before the final breath
Before the final step…
A faint memory
Of you in canteen
That’s only I have
To be stunned
By the news…
For some
It’s not…
We are a family…
A gibberish
A great ear pleaser
I just want to ask
Do tears dry up
When you grow old…
